FREE Zumba on the Plaza Starts Tonight!

Empowered Wellness & Fitness Studio is proud to be sponsoring Zumba on the Plaza, a free 90-minute Zumba party on Peace Plaza in downtown Rochester every Monday from 5:30-7:00 starting tonight and going through the summer. This amazing workout is taught by a variety of Rochester-area instructors and is appropriate and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age or ability. We invite you to come and let loose with us!

Welcome to one of our new summer members, Sarah Jane Kotval! She was born and raised right here in Rochester. She works as a Front Office Coordinator, enjoys being outside when it’s nice, likes watching movies, lying in the sun, 4-wheeling and having fun with friends. She has a pet chinchilla! Say hi to her when you see her in class!  
Our first Sunday Warm Gentle Yoga was this past Sunday, and everyone enjoyed treating themselves to a relaxing early evening. Start your week off right. There are 2 more Sundays in this series: June 12 and June 26 from 4-5pm. Bring a couple of pillows and a blanket.
If you haven't started grilling yet this summer, kick off the outdoor eating season with these delicious grilled veggies. Eat them for dinner and then use your leftovers with scrambled eggs the next morning!
